TYS Plumbing & Heating

When we arrived home at around 3:3 to 4:00 p.m. we noticed that our living room rug have become damp and then we noticed that it actually become very soggy and wet under one of our pieces of furniture. Recalled tys and within an hour and 15 minutes they were at our door. He identified the leak and proceeded to repair it. They were vry thorough and pleasant and I would highly recommend them. I would give him a five out of five on a five-star basis.

Tyler saved the day for me! My hot water tank decided to quit on the eve of Good Friday 😣. I called several companies for help. Tyler is the first one called me back, before 8am. He had a video call with me and quickly came up with the repair plan. He drove all the way to Richmond, bought the new tank then had all the work done before 2pm. Tyler is very professional, efficient, and friendly. I really appreciate his help and would highly recommend his service. Thanks Tyler!
