I recently had a plumbing issue come up during the sale of my home, and I am really glad I went with this team. Seth handled the job and was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, why it happened, and what I should watch out for moving forward. What stood out most was how honest and straightforward he was throughout the entire process. There was no pressure and no upselling, just clear and helpful communication. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. Overall, a very positive experience. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them without hesitation.
Over the past few months we had Big Springs install two ACs, two irrigation back flow preventers and one gas furnace in a garage. We appreciated the advice that Matt provided in selecting the proper size ACs and garage furnace and excellent customer service provided by the employees completing the installs. After the installs were completed they took the time to show us how to use and maintain the equipment. All work was completed on schedule and on budget. No surprises which is nice. Prices were fair and competitive.
Had a Tankless Hot water system installed today and everything from Matt coming to quote it last week to install today was flawless. Highly recommended. Edited to add Before and After Photos
I called Big Springs Plumbing about an air conditioning issue at my residence at about 3:30 on Tuesday afternoon. By shortly after 9:00am on Wednesday, my AC was fixed. The prompt, professional service is very impressive. My AC is working well again and the price was extremely reasonable. I selected $200 to $400 as the price I paid, it was literally less than $210.
I Called big springs to replace a regular 50 gal hot water tank as they built my home for the previous owner and i figured i keep giving them the business. Well Mike from big springs gave me the business by giving a quote of $2750. Pete the plumber did it for $1900. Food for thought.🤨
