PHD Plumbing Drain well service

I wish I could give more stars. There people are INCREDIBLE! My husband and I woke up to our sump pump failed and our basement flooded, water kept getting higher. We called them and they had someone at our house within an hour!! David and Ramee were unbelievably professional and so incredibly helpful. They removed our old pump, had lots of options to choose from and didn’t make us feel pressured. We were able to get a whole new pump installed the SAME day! Exceptional customer service. David and Ramee went above and beyond and were super thorough. Thank you guys SO much! Highly recommend

Nino and Dan were very responsive. Nino assessed the issue very thoroughly , came up with a good plan , explained everything in detail and then executed flawlessly. Now our system is working well and we should not have any issues. They were so responsive and very positive. Also the work is impeccable and they clean everything up!!! I highly recommend this company and especially Nino as he has been at my home now twice. He is the one I will ask for in the future too whenever I have plumbing issues. He is very knowledgeable !!! Great teamwork with Dan.

Yesterday I went to my my kitchen to was some dishes I turned on the tap nothing happened I went down stairs to discover that one of the fittings on my water pump had sprung a leak. Make a long story short I tried to fix this myself from parts and hardware store unfortunately nothing happened. Being gardening season I we needed the water immediately otherwise all my plants would die. So I called PhD plumbing. I made an appointment for the next day they said they would be there between 4:00 and 6:00. The plumber showed up at 4:15. They were very personable and professional. Spotted the problem right away and replace the plastic fittings that I put in with brass fittings. And showed me how to prime the pump. Within 5 minutes I had water again. I was very impressed with the efficiency and the professionalism I would definitely go with PhD plumbing again

We had Nino and Rami at our home today, and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided.. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They walked us through the available solutions, which gave us confidence in their approach. Fortunately, they were able to resolve the issue quickly using the first approach. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure the job was done properly. They tested everything multiple times before leaving to ensure the issue was completely resolved. They also provided valuable advice on how to prevent similar problems in the future. In addition to their excellent technical expertise, they were very respectful of our home and thoroughly cleaned up their work area before leaving, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nino and Rami, for your outstanding service. Your professionalism, expertise, clear communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional. We highly recommend you to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbers.

I had Nino come out and take a look at my clogged sink, very professional very courteous, he had answered all my questions without hesitation. We had set up an appointment for the next day, but I had called and asked if he could make it earlier, no problems at all. Nino showed up with Dan another professional and courteous trades man, again answered any questions I had, they showed me the finished work and walked me through what they did. Thank you PHD plumbing for quality work, I would suggest anyone in need of plumbing professional please use these guys.
