Today, we had the pleasure of having amazing plumbing services for our home by Plumbing Now. David and Milch were efficient, knowledgeable and personable. They explained everything they were doing and provided us with a price prior to completing the service. We were beyond impressed. As Seniors, you need to have services that are provided with integrity and respect and this company deserves a 50 star positive REVIEW. To Seniors in Essex County, give them a call. You will be glad you did. Thank-you Plumbing Now Services. The Lockwood family is eternally, grateful.

WOW! I have never been so very impressed with the timeliness, courtesy and professionalism of Plumbing Now! I was recommended by a friend who used their service in the past. She also suggested I review the comments and reviews of this company. I spoke with David and he instantly put my fears to rest regarding my sump pump concerns. He explained what I needed to hear and I was already on the list for today! Impressive! Shortly after, Mark called and informed me that Tanner and Noah were on their way and gave me plenty of time to prepare for their visit. Tanner was amazing and very kindly answered all of my non stop questions. Noah was very polite, professional and did a great cleanup job once everything was complete. I'll never turn to another company. Why would I, They really are Diamond level when it comes to every aspect of their service and products. I also agree that their Diamond Club annual service program is so worth the peace of mind! I will always recommend your company! Thank you!

Best service I've had in years. They are punctual, courteous, and professional. Multiple workers showed up and had my replacement and repairs fixed in no time. Would highly recommend their service.

I hope they cleaned up their act or hired professionals to do the job. When my wife was pregnant our toilet line was clogged and a worker showed up and didn't even do any research as to why. He just told me my wall had to be torn apart and re vented. I would be responsible for repair after. Ended up from someone else, I had a root down line that was cleared out. Problem solved and easy fix. In the meantime, I just wanted it working so my wife didn't have to run into town to use the washroom. Very inexperienced. And would have costed me a fortune to fix. And yes, I was a potential customer but when they did not do anything to help at the moment but charge me for showing up, I demand my fee back and to his good he did refund me. I do blame mostly the employee at the time that was probably very inexperienced.

We so appreciate the work of Mark Beaudoin, Plumbing Now. He answered an emergency call for a leaky pipe and helped us change faucets in the sink and the shower. We are very pleased with the quality of his work. He was very courteous and steady. He communicated clearly. He helped us to solve numerous problems that had arisen. His calm, steady manner was great! Thanks again for your wonderful service!
