Element Heating and Gas Inc.

We had a great experience with our pool heater installation. Brian was very thorough and did an excellent job! Thank you!!

Reached out to Brian to replace an old hayward pool heater. He was very responsive through email and provided an initial estimate which he validated during a quick site visit. Proceeded with install within 2 weeks after initial contact. Very positive experience overall and would recommend him without hesitation.

I called Enbridge to my home because of a suspected gas leak in my bbq line. The service rep inspected everything and put a safety notice on the line and advised me to contact a registered company to address the issue. I contacted Element Heating and Gas based upon their many positive reviews. Brian and Cole came on a Sunday when they probably should have been home getting ready for the Jay's game, but they did a complete and thorough inspection from the basement, to the entire bbq line, to the gas meter. They removed their shoes upon coming into my home even though I told them it was not necessary. I am so grateful that I called Element. They are professional, thorough, and left no stone unturned. When they left I was completely confident, I and my home were safe. If I could have given them ten out of five, I would have. I would highly recommend them.

Brian was amazing . He fixed my gas valve on my pool heater the very next business day even though I do not live in Ancaster. I was really impressed that he took the time to explain things to me so I understood what he did . I would recommend Element Heating and Gas every single time !!!!!!

If you ever need someone to inspect your pool products, reach out to Brian. Customer service was incredible, he got my heater working in a days notice. Went above and beyond and it is very appreciated. Highly recommend A++++++++
