Fafard & Gervais Inc

This company was recommended to me by another plumbing company in Montreal to repair a damaged entry pipe on an urgent basis. Alex had to wait several hours for the City to come turn off the water, but he was patient, pleasant, professional and did an outstanding job in repairing the damaged valve. Would highly recommend this company.

Poor customer service, I have called then because I had a minor repair and saw their truck at my next door neighbour. They were nice enough to come have a look but still wanted to charge 102$ for travel expense ( frais de déplacement) even though they were next door already.

Great experience from beginning to end. Friendly, accommodating, effective and efficient. It would seem the quality of service has greatly improved since they became part of ACGM.

Absolutely terrible customer service, called for a new construction, answer I received right away was you can forget we don’t have time. Sad part is the receptionist did not even ask when the construction will be taking place before giving me that answer. This company apparently does not want to work. Horrible experience would never recommend.

Removed and installed a toilet and faucet in under an hour.
