Cirton Plumbing & Drains Ltd

I had a leak in my water tank and called around. Had a young guy from aquatech who tried to upsell me on water softener whereas Mike with 40 years of professional experience in his belt with proper job with excellence saving me thousands of dollars! And Vincent another veteran for furnace giving me all kinds of tips and how to maintain water tank and furnace. What a team! Every house owner should have Mike as their plumber and Vincent as their furnace expert. So glad I found Mike, just phenomenal how he takes care of everything!

Ryan came within 2 hours of calling, assessed the job and gave a fair and reasonable quote. He did an excellent meticulous job installing new water valves for hook-up for our new washer & dryer, was very thorough and neat. Extremely happy with the work and overall experience and would recommend Cirton Plumbing and Ryan to anyone. Especially happy after getting a ridiculous quote the day before at triple the cost for what was a fairly simple job only taking Ryan just over an hour. Thanks for the great service!

We had leaking main water shut-off valve in our basement. Mike was very flexible and arrived promptly after city shut water supply to our home off. Replacement was quick and successful. Now we have reliable full port ball valve - big upgrade from that old globe valve we had.

We had a backup in the sink on Saturday. Saw that Cirton Plumbing and Drain had over 300 5 star reviews, we reached out to them. Mike arranged for one of his plumbers(Michael) to come to our house on Sunday to inspect and assess our problem. There was a solid grease blockage in the main drain line. A step by step process along with pricing was supplied for correcting this problem. The service work was done professionally! Thank you to Mike and his team ( Michael and Ryan) for their work in getting everything back to normal. GREAT SERVICE!!!

I have used this company for years and have always been very satisfied. I recently had two issues at my home. First solved no problem. Second issue a laundry sink that was leaking. Basically the sink was cracked so I had to buy a new one. Easier said than done so I purchased a new vanity and sink unit. $650 to put in new unit is outrageous. We had everything in place and were willing to help once the plumbing was removed to replace cabinet and reconnect plumbing. Turns out I am now having done for $239. I will never call this company again. Their staff are very nice people so no issue with them.
