We had Idris and Ravi from LaFontaine Mechanical come out to Tara ON to fix our exhaust pipe crack/issue. From the very start, they were extremely professional and polite. The work was completed fast and everything was explained to me in detail to make sure I was satisfied before they left. They gave me advice on how to avoid the issue as well as provided me with text message updates when they'd arrive and when the parts they ordered came in. Thanks so much.
The installation of a mini split air conditioner was a breeze for the two guys that came to do the job. They were friendly, courteous, and very efficient. The job was done in under the time they estimated. It looks great!
Their crew came to decommission and dismantle an ancient air conditioner (a York 25 years old). They then installed a new one, a lot more energy efficient of course. Impressed with the professional staff, and very happy with the new unit, a York also. Price was reasonable compared to other companies. Glad to support local businesses
Earlier this week our hot water tank quit working. With two young children and a house full of people , you really don’t realize how much you rely on hot water!! We called Lafontaine Mechanical first thing in the morning and we had a tech, Allan, out the same day. Upon initial inspection , Allan was able to identify and fix the issue all within’ 30 minutes. After determining that a part was required to complete the fix , on his way back to the office he called to say he had the part and would be back the same night. Talk about great customer service! From the time Allan arrived to the time he left , he was kind , courteous and you could tell he was very knowledgable. His compassion and willingness to go the extra step to come back the same evening was very appreciated.! Our family works in the trades and construction industry and we know a lot of professionals. I can confidently say we would recommend Lafontaine Mechanical over and over again!
Lafontaine Mechanical did a great job with the installation of our ductless split A/C and heat pump system. The installers were professional, arrived when they said they would, and took the time to explain how to operate the system. Happy with their service!
