Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Barrie

Sean Cunningham provided exceptional service when our septic system failed at our cottage on a weekend. He responded quickly, was incredibly attentive and friendly, and took the time to explain the situation and give us several options instead of pressuring us into one solution. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help during a stressful situation made all the difference. It’s hard to find someone so reliable and customer-focused, especially on a weekend. I highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for an honest, skilled plumber. Thank you again for the outstanding service! Amy McLean

Shawn and his team is amazing. we faced a serious issue in our drainage, his expertise resolved our problem. They have amazing tools, they removed a big stone from our drainage pipe. Really thankful for their service. We definitely recommend them.

The plumber, Isaac called ahead for a quite specific time of arrival and was here at that time. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained the various options to rectify the long overdue issue using terms I could understand. The chosen option was completed in a timely manner. His personal skills and knowledge made us feel at ease every step of the way. An outstanding service!

Sean did a good job. With some guidance we were able to solve the issue between 2 units regarding a septic issue backing up into our kitchen sinks.

5/5 Stars Shaun Cunningham is the real deal. Had a water pressure issue with our septic system late at night—Shaun showed up at 9PM and stayed until 10:30 PM grinding until the job was done right. He’s a cordial guy and knows his stuff inside and out. He’s hearing impaired, but it doesn't change a thing—his communication was clear and his technical skill is top-tier. The fix was immaculate and the system is running better than before. If you want someone who actually works hard and delivers high-quality results in a crunch, ask for Shaun. Outstanding work. Thank you again Shaun.
