Wilkin Plumbing

Roy is very knowledgeable and skilled, and up to date on plumbing tools and technology. He also knows the Ontario plumbing code inside and out, and understands exactly what City of Barrie inspectors expect. We had a complicated situation with plumbing that had been installed incorrectly and flagged by a city inspector with several issues. Roy took the time to assess everything properly and came up with the most efficient way to bring it up to code while keeping the work as minimally invasive as possible. He’s great at finding smart, practical solutions and his approach saved us a lot of unnecessary disruption. When the inspector returned, he was clearly impressed with the quality of the work, and everything passed without any problems. Roy is honest, trustworthy, equitable, timely, and communicates well throughout the process. I’d recommend him without hesitation to everyone.

I am writing to share some positive feedback about Roy, who recently supplied and installed a thermostatic mixing valve for my water heater.Roy did a fantastic job. He was professional, efficient, and completed the installation flawlessly. I truly appreciate his excellent service and wanted to ensure his great work was recognized. Peter

Roy was a professional and meticulous plumber. Drainage pipes from pool shed and main septic drain repairs properly addressed and explained.

Roy was great at understanding our needs for a new sump pump set up. We are on high ground water in the south east end and Roy fitted us with a two pump set up to ensure piece of mind, along with a wifi water level detector for extra measure. Would highly recommend!

Roy is an outstanding plumber. When I called him to service my sump pump, he presented multiple solutions to my issues and guided me through the decision-making process. His expertise is remarkable, and he is so professional and a pleasure to deal. I can't recommend him highly enough!
