affordable septic services

I made a booking with them early in the week, and when it was late in the day on the scheduled arrival and they hadn't arrived, I called to confirm whether they were still coming, which it was confirmed they were. They didn't come, so I left a message with them the next morning, but they didn't return my call. I called late morning to see if they would be coming on the next day, to which I was told they were completely booked, and the lady on the phone seemed surprised I hadn't gotten my visit the prior day. She said she would call me back once she' heard from the driver, but several hours later, still no call, before I finally called again, to which she offered to book me the following week. I said no thanks, I'll try another service. Maybe I caught them on a bad or busy week, but I rearranged my work schedule to have them visit and we haven't been able to use our water all week while waiting for them. Maybe are usually good, but I can't recommend them from my own experience.

Used Affordable twice now and I have to say that I am extremely happy with the service! We had a bit of an emergency both times and they provided very prompt service. Will definitely use again! Thank you Affordable!

Did a thorough job cleaning out our septic tank. Accommodated us on very short notice on New Years Eve day. Very appreciative of their prompt, knowledgeable service.

Had them out this week, they were efficient, clean, and of who I called was the best price! Happy with the service, I would definitely recommend them!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. Had this company out May 2024 paid $550. He broke a pipe off inside my septic tank. Said it's not a problem just glue back on. Fast forward to the beginning of February 2025 my septic was backing up inside my house. So I called Affordable Septic and left 2 messages over a period of a week. No one ever called me back but I didn't give up and continue calling until I could speak to the man himself. After a week finally he answered. He tried to put my mind at ease about the pipe as it's just a cheap $10 fix with glue. Problem is we couldn't put the pipe back on as the septic was full keep in mind it hasn't even been a year since he "supposedly pumped it clean" I told him it's full he said that's not possible given only 2 people live her which I would agree. He also told me that he raised his prices in January 2025 so for him to come back out it would be another $650. So clearly he was not going to help the situation at all and I called AB Septic Tank Pumping Brent showed up immediately cleaned the full septic tank completely and charged us $400 for everything. Affordable Septic didn't empty my septic tank completely in May 2024 that's why it was full again so quickly. It's pretty sad that a company tries to take advantage of people in these situations. One of us is going through cancer treatment and working and the other one is now disabled. So thank you Affordable Septic for not doing the job your were hired and paid to do.
