D & K Home Services by Enercare

Nick, Adam and Scott did an amazing job today at installing our new heat pump. They arrived early, were very helpful in explaining what they were going to do and got to work. They even swept the floor in the area they were working. We are so happy we chose Enercare to purchase our heat pump. From Shaun to Ray to the 3 installers above. 100% thank you guys

Chris and Mash repaired our Air conditioner. They were professional and worked hard to get the air conditioner working. It has worked perfect. They communicated extremely well too. I would highly recommend them! Chris was here in the past and was excellent. I have Patrick in the past too who was great.

Matt made our experience exceptional from start to finish. We first worked with him when we purchased a hot water tank and were so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and honesty that we trusted him for additional services. Since then, we’ve added a salt water system, an RO system, and most recently an AC unit. What really sets Matt apart is his commitment to customer service. When I experienced what I thought was an allergic reaction after the installation of the water systems, he went above and beyond to help troubleshoot the issue and answer my questions. He genuinely cared about finding a solution and making sure we were comfortable. Matt is a huge asset to the team. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly puts his customers first. We highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future! So I just had my ac installed and the two guys that came and did the installation Greg and Patrick were super friendly , so nice highly recommend these two !!

We recently had our water heater installed by Chris and Scott and couldn't be happier with the service. They were professional, respectful, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer our questions, arrived on time, and left the work area spotless when the job was complete. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Chris and Scott for anyone needing enercare services.

Gerald from Enercare was excellent. He came to inspect my leaking hot water tank and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation. He provided logical, honest answers and clearly explained my options. Throughout the inspection, he walked me through each step of what he was doing and made sure I understood everything. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Gerald and Enercare for their outstanding service.
