Everything was great. I had a kitchen faucet installation issue so I called John The Plumber. Their plumber, Steve, arrived quickly, assessed the issue, explained the job, gave me the price and went right to work. When he was done, he cleaned up and left things just like he found it. I like your business model... fast service, qualified staff, quote given up front and work completed with no surprises. Thanks!
John the Plumber was my first choice when I had a sewer emergency. Steve was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and helpful.
Guys came right at the beginning of their stated time window which was awesome for me. Got the problem solved quickly. The potential scope of the job was laid out clearly before they started work and they were pleasant and professional, which I appreciated. Thank you for the quick rundown and quote for a future job!
I had a surprise, plentiful, leak in one of my copper pipes first thing in the morning when everyone needs the water. Steve called before the scheduled window and asked if he could come a bit earlier which was great. Diagnosis and fix was quick. Very friendly, respectful and replaced the pipe with pex vs. copper per my request. I will absolutely be calling them again if needed in the future.
Big thanks to Ryan and team for an excellent repair done at my home. My go to plumbers from here on. 10/10
