Dr. Reno

We had Derrick and his crew tear out a whole wall of shelving in our house and install a new window and door and do all the finishing work. We are very impressed in both their attention to detail and also efficiency. The last thing you want is contractors holding your house hostage for weeks on end. These guys work hard and fast without skimping on quality. Will definitely use them again.

We needed to renovate our basement before putting our house on the market, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were professional, friendly, and did great quality work. They were also incredibly flexible working around our schedule, which we really appreciated when moving.

Dr. Reno was very professional. Jack of all trades he was able to fix many issues at my home. Very personable and kind. I would hire him again and highly recommend him to any of my friends.

The crew did a great job on our basement. They were easy to communicate with and were able to work with our budget. I appreciated how quickly they responded when we had questions or had to make a change.

We had them come out for a quote to help with the finishing work, he was rude as hell during the walk through and ripped out of our driveway like it was on fire. We never got the estimate for that walkthrough. Probably just as well because that attitude is not welcome here. Edited to respond: That is true, and we communicated with you when we reached out that exact situation where we were looking for an estimate to complete some finishing work on a project that was 2.5 months late, yet you came out for the estimate. If you don’t do that kind of work, why make the drive in the first place. If you communicated that you were not interested in the job, it was not with me. I was under the impression as you left that you would be sending me an estimate in the next day or so as it is exactly what you had said. Two other people in the house heard the same. Again, if you don’t "fix other people’s work" why come out and why even tell us an estimate is coming? Nor does this excuse the way you spun your tires out of the lane way after walking to your truck shaking your head nor the tone you had the entire estimate. I’d hate to say I wasn’t entirely surprised when the estimate didn’t show up, but again, your parting words were that we’d see one in a day or two, not, "we don’t want the job". I completely understand why someone wouldn’t want to undertake such work, but please communicate as such and I’d wager it’s safe to say your customer service could do with some work. I do sincerely hope that this reply provides more insight as to my experience as a customer, and I feel as though your reply which does not even acknowledge the unprofessional conduct, further supports my experiences with your company.
