Superior Plumbing & Heating of Bowmanville

Unfortunately, these guys have no idea how to properly diagnose and solve a problem. Nor do they bother to make sure that a water system is working correctly. I had a problem with my well pump short cycling every time the water was turned on. I suspected the pressure tank. Adam came over and looked at it, confirmed the pressure tank and scheduled replacement. They replaced it the next day. Still the problem remained... so he came back and quote replacing the foot valve and injector nozzle. A few days later the guys came to replace this and then left. After all of this the pump was still short cycling!! None of these guys bothered to check or adjust the pressure setting for cut-in and cut-off points on the pump or to ensure that the tank was properly set for system they were putting it into. My pump is a 20/40 psi system and they had the tank set at 38psi which would be correct for a 40/60 system. After a few google searches I figured out how to adjust the pressure switch and tank pressure level for these things myself and now it is working well. I spent all of this money and in the end I had to set up the system myself!!!

Superior Plumbing and Heating replaced my old sump pump. Adam, the plumber was professional, efficient, and made sure the new pump was working perfectly before leaving. Excellent service!
