SUREFLOW PLUMBING & DRAIN

First time Sureflow customer. I had been using another company for many years, but when I discovered they weren’t operating anymore, the owner of that company recommended Sureflow. I called John, and I have to say that from start to finish they were amazing. Professional, timely and on time, organized, no corner cutting, had a properly stocked truck, and suggested things that worked. We had our broken touchless Delta faucet replaced with a new nickel Moen unit, and they suggested redoing the plumbing under the sink which I agreed with. They also fixed a loud howl in the shower with a new tub diverter valve. And lastly they replaced a split pipe on our outside shower. I couldn’t understand why the pipe had split as I had shut the water supply to that shower off, but Nicholas was kind enough to show me the shutoffs we have also have a drain on each pipe that needs to be opened prior to each winter. Perils of learning a new home. If you need a plumber, give them a call. Very happy first time customer with 36 years of home ownership experience.

We had a 10 ft look piece of broken auger stuck in our plumbing. I scoured the city and Sureflow was pretty much the only company that was willing to take on the task of removing it - and remove it they did!. Super nice crews - very polite and professional and conscientious about not leaving a mess behind. Highly recommend this company

Sureflow provided excellent service when they fixed a badly clogged shower drain. They were very responsive and came out in a timely manner. The plumber clearly explained the issue, the service needed, and the cost upfront. When the clog returned within a week, they came back promptly for a follow-up visit and did not charge anything extra -- I really appreciated! Their honesty and customer service really stood out. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great service!!! Crew were clearly knowledgeable and experienced!! Grant and Nick were great!! When I called, I could have had a crew in within hours had it been urgent, and they were quick to email a video of the finished work, showing clear pipes 100+ feet under the house. I hope i never have severe plumbing issues again, but if I do, I know who to call. I would recommend these guys, plus I enjoy supporting local businesses.

We needed a cartridge replaced for our shower. I called SureFlow at 8:25 am. At 1:20 pm the repair had been completed. John at SureFlow is cordial, knowledgeable and efficient and his crews mirror the boss. A great and efficient company. We use them as well for our condo corporation and have always found them reliable and fair.
