24/7 plumbing Brampton

Be aware if you call to cancel service you will be charged full fee for the quote. I called back 3 minutes later to cancel a booking. They told me I couldn't cancel because the guy was already on the way. Then they told him he couldn't leave without getting payment. NEVER AGAIN!!

I don’t recommend this service at all! They take advantage of the plumbers who just want to earn a living. The prices are way too high, and they won’t give you a quote upfront. At first, they said we could pay for the emergency service by card, but then they demanded cash or e-transfer instead. They even made their plumbers stay in our home until we paid, even though we asked them to leave. We wanted to pay by card like we were originally told. The plumbers were nice and did a good job fixing our issue, but the bill was at least double what it should have been. It’s really sad that these plumbers have to work with this company just to pay their bills. They only get about 30% of what we paid, which is unfair for both the customers and the plumbers.

I was told that it’s a $50 fee for the Plumber to come and diagnose the problem plus the cost of fixing the problem. When the plumber got to my house and assessed the situation, he found the problem was already fixed. He then called the company and told them there was nothing wrong. I guess they didn’t believe him because he was not allowed to leave until they spoke to me. They then informed me that my bill would be $283.50. All he did was run the tap!!! He fixed nothing!!! I do not recommend this company at all. Do yourself a favour and call someone else. And to the company, do not try to say I have the wrong company because we both know I do not. Your sub contractor was quite nice though.

I had a major leak in my kitchen, and they arrived within an hour. The plumber was professional and fixed the issue quickly. I’m so relieved and grateful for their prompt response!

I was quoted much higher by others, but this plumbing service was honest about what needed fixing and charged a fair price. Great value!
