Shout out to Joshua who saved the day . . . we had ghost flushing . . . . truly, that's what it's called. When the water closet empties at two in the morning, I don't actually care what it's called 🙂 Josh kindly offered two attempts to solve the issue though we ended up with the final solution of a new, grand, tall ( 17" ) model. It was insatalled with the old unit removed, within the hour. Polite and professional - "I finished earlier than expected. May I pop over now to do your install, now? Canadian Home Plumbing has been my go to for 11 years. They are fast with friendly, respectful office staff and service people. Their prices and warranty are excellent -- and they are reliable. They show up prepared and on time. If you have plumbing issues, call them.

so grateful I came across Canadian Home Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet. It was easy to book a time for a plumber to check out the issue, quote a price and if they can they’ll do the job right away. Kevin arrived early and was extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Price was reasonable, He did the job on the spot and cleaned up any mess. Highly recommend!

They initially installed a device that broke after a couple of years but came back to fix it. I truly appreciate it. ------------------- Update: December 1st, 2023: I had to replace the fill valve in the toilet twice since this plumbing company came. The last time was last week on November 21st. Last night the toilet started making a loud noise and when I went to investigate, the water tank kept filling up non stop and spilled water on the floor. Today I called Trademark plumbing and the experienced plumber came and told me that the problem was the fact that the Styrofoam tank that Canadian Home Plumbing installed a few years ago was literally floating around. They had glued it so poorly that it kept interfering with the valve in the toilet by floating. A few days after Canadian Home Plumbing installed it, I did noting that it was floating but never thought that it would be an issue. Now several years later, I am learning that I paid thousands of dollars in repairs for your incompetence. You buy dollar store gadgets that you install in people's toilet and you call yourself the best Toronto plumbers. What a farce! You should lose your license! Please stay away from Canadian Home Pluming and do your research carefully.
