ESA Plumbing

ESA Plumbing was outstanding. Communication was smooth and consistent, they showed up exactly when scheduled, and the workmanship on the shower column and faucet replacement was precise and professional. A reliable and trustworthy service.

We had a great experience with Philip. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. He was very polite, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. He provided us with an ETA, communicated well, and was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest plumbing services! Thank you again 🙂

Had a surprise leak in our house this past December. Got matched with Phil and he was amazing. He was quick, courteous, and explained every step he was doing so that we could understand what was happening. He even alerted us to some other pipes in the house that were leaking. Overall, great experience, would recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about ESA Plumbing Inc. and Phil. I run a six-bedroom Airbnb property, and on Easter Sunday, of all days, we had a major plumbing failure. A clogged pipe took out multiple bathrooms, leaving 10+ guests on-site with no working facilities. It was a full-blown crisis. With almost no notice, Phil stepped in. He travelled a long distance to get to the property, arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got to work immediately. Within a short time, he had the pipes cleared and everything back up and running. What impressed me most wasn’t just the technical skill, it was the professionalism, and frankly grace, under pressure. He understood the stakes, worked efficiently, and quite literally saved the day. Our guests were able to continue their Easter celebrations without further disruption, which could have easily turned into a disaster for our business. If you are looking for a plumber who is reliable, responsive, and knows exactly what he’s doing, especially in an emergency, I would highly recommend Phil and ESA Plumbing without hesitation. Five stars isn’t enough.

If I could give ESA Plumbing a standing ovation, I would. Phil is an absolute legend and a rare breed in the service industry today. Late the other night, my water heater tank randomly started leaking due to rust at the bottom. I scrambled to shut off the house's water and hot water supply and started the tedious cleanup process. It was close to 10:00 PM when I finally called ESA Plumbing. Phil answered, told me he could be there in 2 minutes—and he actually showed up in precisely 2 minutes. I was mind-blown. Honestly, this dude's response time and genuine desire to help is what the police should strive to be for the public! Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation, managed to get my cold water turned back on so the house wasn't completely without water, and gave me a straight-up quote for the replacement. There was absolutely NO mention of bogus "late-night diagnosis fees" or "immediate remedy" nonsense. Just honest, transparent pricing. To top it all off, he was ready and willing to come back the very next day at 11:00 AM to install the brand-new heater. Like, wow! You really can't find good, honest people like this in this day and age. I would pick Phil for my plumbing needs a thousand times over, and I highly, highly recommend you do too. If you're in the Brampton area, don't even bother looking elsewhere. CALL PHIL!
