Called RooterX Plumbing and Drain Inc. for a burst pipe emergency on a weekend. They showed up within an hour, fixed it quickly with upfront pricing and no surprises. Professional, friendly, and honest. Best plumber I’ve used in the GTA. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with tech. He recently replaced some severely rusted toilet seat bolts that had become extremely difficult to remove. The job was much more challenging than expected because the bolts were heavily corroded and located in a very tight, hard-to-access space. He demonstrated great skill, patience, and professionalism throughout the repair. He carefully cut through the rusted bolts, worked efficiently despite the limited space, and completed the job without causing any damage. His attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done properly were impressive. I highly recommend the company for any plumbing work. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in delivering quality service. Thank you for a job well done!

He was very helpful and provided several preventative suggestions. An excellent experience and overall fantastic customer service. A sincere thank you
