Our AC unit suddenly stopped working and we had guests coming that night. I called Goodmen and Tim came right away. Got the AC working right away and taught me a bunch of things to maintain the AC and make it last longer. He was super-knowledgeable, quick and reasonably priced! Would recommend!
Great and professional service I had a great experience with Goodmen Heating and Cooling here in Brantford. They helped extend our forced air system into another room, and even though it was a pretty difficult job, they finished it quickly and in absolutely perfect condition. Their customer service was amazin they came out the very next day to give us a quote and scheduled the installation around our timeline, completing everything right on time. To top it off, they even fixed another vent pipe for us at no extra charge. They were professional, polite, and honest from start to finish, and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, reliable work!
Our A/c broke & they came out the same night, for what we thought was a small fix, turned out we needed a whole new unit, the were able to install it the very next day with no issues. Super friendly and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!!!
Tim and Nathan were great. Very nice, knowledgeable, friendly. Their prices were competitive and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with heating and cooling needs.
Highly recommended. Tim and David were at my home today to install a gas bbq line and replace a kitchen range exhaust fan. They were on time, did very good work and were helpful and personable. They explained everything to me and when and when an unexpected glitch came up, Tim made a quick trip to Home Depot so he could finish the job properly. Their pricing is very fair as well.
