PlumbDog Plumbing - Brantford

We have used Plumbdog for a number of years now and are always very happy with their excellent work. They ensure that the job is done thoroughly and to our satisfaction,. Price is right, and Plumbdog personnel are great to interact with. Highly recommended!

We had Jason visit and he was angry, aggressive and clearly under-qualified. His rates are SO HIGH for faulty work. I would never have felt safe if it weren’t for my family being there. It’s also the little things like how he ignored my Mom when she said hello, stepped on our beautiful flowerbed crushing gorgeous, expensive flowers just to save himself three steps on the walkway. Parked halfway on the lawn. Those are signs that tell you a person cuts corners at every opportunity. Absolutely 0/10 do NOT recommend PlumbDog. He was an angry man in a bad mood and he wanted everyone to feel it.

Outright i would like to say that I have no actual business experience with Plumbdog plumbing. However, I was unfortunate enough to witness one of the Plumbdog drivers deliberately and blatantly break wash code at the Brantford car wash. The Plumbdog driver aggressively cut in front of an elderly gentleman patiently waiting for a stall to open up. As a car wash enthusiast, seeing such a travesty truly made me question whether Plumbdog plumbing is a business I would want to support in my community. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Don't usually do negative reviews but this guy was rude. Telling me that connecting a shower and vanity that already had water sources would take 4 or more hours and that he has no time for that and just left. Poor people skills. I would not recommend.

Jason & His team are amazing! We've used them several times, their 24-hour service in particular has been a complete life-saver for our us. They are always professional, quick, easy to deal with. I would highly recco PlumbDog to anyone who is looking for plumbing services!
