D. Koets Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

Non existent service. Had a water leak on Sunday morning. Warranty company put a work order in that morning but nothing heard. Texted their emergency number at 2pm indicating a plumbing emergency. Text was read at 3pm and never replied to. Went with A1 plumbing instead and received prompt and excellent service. Very disappointed with Koets.

Koets Plumbing was very efficient in correcting the leaking pipe I had. They managed to squeeze me in to have their employee's come the day after I called. They had all the tools on hand in their truck to fix the pipe, they are a professional company to deal with, at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing or heating needs!

Highly recommend !! Fri of a long weekend and nothing is draining, sewer backed up, I have never had a need for a Plumber so I came to google and some popped up for our area and Koets had 5 stars and nothing but praise from customers. So I call them around 11.30am and they are here around 2pm, Chris with his grandson and they did a great job !! They were fun to work with, has a sense of humour and very patient !! Had us fixed up in no time and very reasonable charge. I will be using again and highly recommend !!

Koets was extremely responsive this morning when I called in stating I had a leak. A young man arrived very quickly and had diagnosed the issues and fixed them within an hour. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his kind courteous words. He kept me informed of the issues and cleaned up the entire area prior to leaving. I will recommend Koets to everyone!! Thank you.

I used Koets for replacing the main sewer pipe at my house and I could not be happier with them and their work!! Shari, who took care of scheduling everything for me, was so kind and always quick to reply (much appreciated!!). I dealt with different members of their crew a few times since February and everyone was informative and I always felt confident in their recommendations. They did an excellent job with the work that was carried out; very thorough and efficient. Even as COVID-19 restrictions prevented proceeding with the job, they always made sure there no problems in the meantime and started the work quickly, as soon as they were safely able to. I will 100% use them in the future if needed and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to the entire Koets team!!
