Southwest Home Comfort Ltd

These guys made it super easy to apply and get federal and provincial grants for heat pumps. talking me through all the steps and getting me approved. Their communication was great throughout the whole process. they squeezed me in quick and they were able to do a full electrical panel service upgrade plus a ducted heat pump install in just 2 days. They even stayed a couple hours late on the second day to get everything finished and up and running. Their finished work is neat and tidy, Would highly recommend this company for any electrical or refrigeration installs

Southwest has been fantastic to deal with for our panel swap and heat pump installation. They were patient with us throughout the entire process and super easy to work with. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, I even spoke with the company owner at one point as the office administrator was off and he was fielding calls. Top notch service and company.

This company is top notch .. responsive, knowledgeable, professional, polite, and very reasonable price. From the lady on the phone to the the service men. We had our heat pump go down after the last power outage and they came in a couple of days (we live in a rural area), and fixed us up....with super price. Very happy! Note....we had to ditch the outfit that installed this hreatpump - just saying they won't get a call from us again. Go with Southwest, they are the best

I understand why they have a perfect 5 stars. I don’t have experience with other hvac companies but lots of service experience in general and can tell you this is top notch service in a world where customer service is dead. Use these guys.

Friendly consultant, technicians were knowledgeable, easy installation. Very pleased with the service.
