Vapor Plumbing and Heating

We recently had two jobs done by Vapor. The first was an after hours furnace repair on one of the coldest days of the year. They responded immediately and had the furnace up and running within an hour. The second was a bathroom fan install. It was a big job and they did it really well. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them do any other jobs we need, I’m really happy with their service.

Yesterday I was really mad because I felt like I was robbed with this company. Three weeks ago I went to Vapor plumbing and talked to the woman on front desk and asked her how much the hot water tank replacement and she said $1,500 to maximum $1,800 and I asked how long it takes she said two hours so right away I decided to have new hot water tank and she asked me the $1000 down payment so the next three days they two young guys to replace my hot water tank I was there when they pulled out the old one and installed the new one I noticed this two guys moving like a worm or like a turtle very slow and the way they work like trial and error because how many times they cut the line installed the fittings and coupler and then pulled out again all in all 4 1/2 hours before the job was done. Yesterday I went there to pay my balance and I was so really surprised because my balance amount of $1,487.68 so the total cost was $2,487.68 almost 700 higher than what she said to me. That's why yesterday I felt like I was robbed. I don't recommend this company. Stay away.

My hot water tank decided to call it quits one day. I went to several plumbers in town and they were all booked for weeks. I went to vapor plumbing and they were able to install my new tank the very next day! Great customer service and communication. The guys installing the tank did a great job, in and out very fast. Would highly recommend!

Fixed an issue with my thermostat where it would make my ac unit and furnace run at the same time by replacing it. Technician told me the new thermostat would be 50-55$ imagine my surprise when the part actually costed 94.75.

My first experience was amazing! Had a leaking toilet messaged them same day and the damage required a replacement and they immediately went and got a new one to install and got rid of the old one. The only plumbers in town I was able to get ahold of and I contacted 5 others before these guys and never heard from any of them!
