Burlington Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.

BHAC arrived quickly and checked everything thoroughly. Max had my AC system back up and running within the hour. He even patched up a leak in the ductwork left by a previous contractor. Excellent, timely service.

We have replaced and maintained our entire HVAC system with them for over 10 years now and have found their service to be consistently great across all areas from the front office to service techs in the field. We just had Max out to do our yearly AC/Furnace maintenance and he was exceptional. Great communication, friendly service and took the time to educate me. Another great experience from this team! Highly recommend.

We are thrilled with the service that Mark, Cam and their crew provided. As well as all of the communications with Dana. They came in for a quote at the beginning of the week and they finished the job in less than one day, which was ahead of schedule. They were nice and polite and their work was top notch. Highly recommend them.

Burlington Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is a very reliable company. I have always been pleased with any work that has been done on my furnace or air conditioner. The reps are professional, have always arrived within time frame specified and willing to answer questions. I have used this company for all my heat and air conditioning needs for the last five years and I highly recommend them.

The company appears well-run and professional, but the woman answering the phone provided some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered. She was abrupt, unhelpful, and came across as unnecessarily rude throughout the conversation. It’s unfortunate because the business itself seems organized and reputable, yet one negative interaction can leave a lasting impression. Management may want to address this, as I believe her attitude is actively harming the company’s reputation and customer relationships.
