Harb Plumbing

After my initial experience earlier in June, I called Harb Plumbing to share my concerns about a couple of issues that hadn’t been addressed. Someone got back to me within minutes, listened to my feedback, and sent a different plumber out the very next day at no additional cost. The second plumber was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He resolved the issues from the first visit and even replaced a leaking washing machine hose while he was here. I was genuinely impressed with how Harb Plumbing handled my complaint. Although I was disappointed with my first experience, their willingness to listen, respond quickly, and make things right completely changed my impression. Great customer service, and it’s clear they stand behind their work. Thank you Harb Plumbing!

Great experience. Needed an emergency shut off of water after hours that was hidden behind drywall. Called my regular plumber who couldn't come but. they said to call Harb. They were able to come within an hour and resolve. Was happy with the service

I paid $870 for $15 worth of PVC replacement. I had a leak behind my dishwasher and had the wall opened up for them and showed them where the T was broken and needed replacement. Open crawlspace basement underneath made it a very easy job for them and they were in and out in an hour. I wasn’t sure if the drain was clogged which is the only reason I let them go forward but it wasn’t. I couldn’t speak to the boss when they quoted me $650 while there but they gave me $100 off. Still charged for the "assessment" etc. The yearly service on our Volvo was less. The two guys they sent explained that the charges were because they come fully prepared to handle any problem etc. I expected to pay " a few hundred" as I was told on the phone for a simple fix but I feel like they gouged me and would not use them again.

We truly enjoy working with TJ, Fred, Ahmed, and the whole Harbs crew. They are professional, reliable, and always a pleasure to deal with. Every project with them runs smoothly, and their commitment to quality and teamwork really stands out. Couldn’t ask for a better group to partner with!

Johnny was excellent and almost immediately diagnosed my plumbing problem when others could not. I will definitely use Harb Plumbing the next time I have any plumbing issues. Very satisfied client.
