Hy-Pro Plumbing & Drain Cleaning of Burlington ON

In general had a very good experience with Hy-Pro from start to finish. Masharo came by and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve our issue. I definitely will be using them again and would highly recommend them

We had a great experience with Hy-Pro Plumbing. Nathaniel with apprentice Alan were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all our options clearly. They did an excellent job, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. It’s great to work with a company that provides multiple solutions rather than just pushing one fix. We’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services!

The company is outstanding. They responded quickly, worked relentlessly until the problem was solved and knew exactly where and what they needed to do. Connor and Mike were impressive! They worked for hours until the drain was cleared and repaired. They kept us informed step by step. They did the job with a minimum of disruption and mess. This company and their staff are A one. Don’t hesitate to hire them.

Dan arrived in good time at 9.30 am. I told him the history of the problems with my kitchen sinks. He listened carefully and recommended different options to clear as well as to maintain the drain pipes. Very methodical and scientific even though I only have basic idea of physics. I took all his suggestions. Then he started working immediately, with assistance from his friend George. They didn’t mind me watching but I got tired just looking at the gymnastics of Dan’s movements. George also helped check where the pipe drained into the basement. Very thorough of them. The work was non-stop for 2.5 hours. Worth every bit of the cost!! Now I can clean my large post Easter dinner dishes. The sinks have never worked so well.

Hy Pro was great. Daniel called as he was approaching. He heard me out, then took some time to assess the situation, eliminating possible reasons as went. Once the problem was identified, he stayed through testing to confirm it was now okay. He was polite, didn't mind my dumb questions, and included good notes on the invoice for the next person just in case it happened again. Glad I called them!
