Rocco from Reliance Home Comfort came to change our RO filters, and we had a great experience! He was super nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. Since we’re on well water, he took the time to give us helpful information and recommendations on things we should be doing to maintain our water system properly. We really appreciated him taking the extra time to explain everything and answer our questions. Excellent service all around. Thank you, Rocco! Highly recommend!

Reached out to Reliance first thing Friday morning after enduring a cool, but not a cold plunge shower. Was given a same day 10am - 2pm window to replace my 18 year old water heater rental, and within two hours technician Donovan #113577 was at my door. He did an amazing job ... was personable, courteous and was finished within a few hours. The overall experience was excellent, no mess.

Abid was excellent during the service call. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and why it was needed. I really appreciated how he walked me through the process and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He also provided helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues, which showed he genuinely cares about customer service and long-term solutions rather than just completing the job quickly. Awful experience. We just had our hot water tank swapped out for a new one bc the old one was leaking and service tech Adam didn’t cover our vinyl basement stairs where he was performing the work and scratched and dented our floors. There’s a visible half circle scratch where he places the water heater as well. He did manage to cover the stairs leading to the basement but that’s all. He also left a big mess of muddy water when he left. Absolutely horrible!
