Tornado plumbing and drain services Burlington

We had a flood in my basement and a family member recommended I call Tornado Plumbing & Drains. Serhiy came the same evening, assessed the issue and explained to us what had to be done. The next business day, him and his team came and started the work. Turns out we had sewer/drain back up and a collapsed clay pipe. They were professional and quick. They did such a great job and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work at very reasonable prices!

Highly recommend. Over the years when I'm in need of a plumbing work at my home I have called Tornado Plumbing. Fantastic professional service!

My kitchen sink was slowly draining, I tried myself with rented snake, it didnot work. I called Turnado this morning , Serhiy arrived in a couple of hours after called. He did a great job with a professional manner. He wears booties when he entered house and covered the board with plastic as well to keep it clean. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs the service.

I was in desperate need of a plumber the other night when we noticed our main drain was clogged. Called tornado, they made it to our house in 40 minutes and did the job to the highest extent. Serhiy was extremely helpful, kind and courteous, used the cameras to show the job was done to the best extent before he left.

We found Tornado Plumbing through Google and Reddit recommendations. Although we weren't sure if they serviced Burlington, we learned they cover a massive range—from London to Peterborough. It's definitely worth reaching out to confirm! Serhiy came out personally to review our scope and provide a quote for replacing our lateral line, increasing the water supply line, and installing a backwater valve. Not only was their pricing the most competitive out of four quotes, but Serhiy took the time to explain the entire process. He and his team are incredibly hardworking, even putting in hours over the weekend to get the job done. Everything passed the local building inspection without a hitch. I was so impressed that I hired them to complete the rough-in plumbing for our home addition. Nicholas was on-site every day, including Saturdays, installing new venting, drains, and supply lines. They were happy to accommodate my specific request for Uponor PEX piping and offered different grades of PVC drainage, educating us on the pros and cons of each rather than trying to upsell us. During construction, Serhiy scoped our drains and found root intrusions in the old clay pipes. He gave us both temporary and permanent options with zero pressure. Most importantly, he charged us fairly by the linear foot—he didn’t take advantage of the fact that they were already doing other work on-site. All of their work passed the building inspector on the first try. If you want a team that communicates well, works hard, and maintains high integrity with their pricing, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tornado Plumbing.
