Flawless Plumbing, Heating & Gas LTD

Had a great experience with flawless plumbing. They replaced the polyb pipes in my townhome. They were on budget and on time (they asked anytime an extra expense came up and why they recommended the fix/replacement). I found they were upfront about the pricing and provided realistic advice based on my budget. I have no issues with their workmanship and they explained every step of the process throughly. They handled the permits and dealt with the city. I also had two toilets and the hot water tank replaced. I will be going back to them for future jobs. It’s been a a couple months and I have had no issues

The plumbing team has performed outstandingly on all my jobs, I would definitely recommend their service for anyone that are looking for plumbers that are on time, with the best knowledge, and a price that can make it work. Great job guys!!

Shanil and Sarosh were very prompt and quick to identify any additional issues with the shower installation and complete the work on time. They made sure that the job was done properly and ensured everything was in working order before using the shower. The shower is much better than before and they were able to make our plans a reality within the expected budget.

As a builder, I’ve worked with a lot of plumbing companies over the years, and what separates a good one from a great one is reliability and accountability. These guys show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and stand behind their work. From rough-in to final, everything was clean, organized, and done right the first time. I would recommend them.

Outstanding Service & Exceptional Workmanship We had an exceptional experience working with Flawless Plumbing during the recent build-out of Oceanstone Medical Clinic in White Rock, BC. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. They successfully installed plumbing in our clinical rooms, transforming the spaces into fully functional physician exam rooms that meet the high standards required in a medical setting. Beyond the plumbing itself, Flawless Plumbing went above and beyond by helping source for other vendors and help coordinate aspects of the project and aligning their work seamlessly with the other vendors, including drywallers, cabinet manufacturers and painters. They also ensured the site was left clean and organized after completion, a level of care that speaks volumes about their professionalism. Despite our very tight timelines, they delivered on schedule without compromising quality. Their workmanship is excellent, and the results speak for themselves, our patients frequently comment on the quality and finish of the clinic. We were particularly impressed with their ability to liaise with the municipality in a timely manner to secure the necessary permits and ensure full compliance with regulations. Their integrity, thoroughness, and commitment to excellence made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Flawless Plumbing for any project requiring reliability, precision, and high-quality results. They truly went above and beyond, and we would not hesitate to work with them again.
