Link Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

We have used Chris & team’s services twice so far, one for a thermal expansion tank installation and one for a check valve. Both times the installations were scheduled very promptly and the work was done efficiently. Chris is very professional and responsive in his communications, even when we requested a document from a previous installation months after. We highly recommend Link Plumbing.

As a Realtor and Property Manager of over 100 units in my portfolio, I've had the pleasure of Chris and his team work on a variety of my properties ranging from 1 bedroom condos to full building solutions. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and he definitely sets himself apart from other professionals. Would highly recommend.

Chris and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. I’ve used Link on several occasions for plumbing issues ranging from hot water tank problems to clogged drains and various installations, and every time I’ve received great advice and top-quality workmanship. Chris has always been able to fit us in quickly, resolving issues with no hassle and getting it done right the first time. He also takes the time to clearly explain what caused the problem, which I really appreciate. In the past, I’ve used other companies and often had to call them back to fix the same issue. That has never been the case with Chris and his team. They communicate clearly, show up professionally, and consistently deliver excellent results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future repairs or projects. Highly recommended.

Chris and the team are amazing, thoughtful and caring. I have never had a trade come in during a Reno ask me questions of why we wanted certain things and the a recommend us not go with some as they wouldn’t truly benefit us and recommend others that had they never told us about them we would never know and now we can’t live with out them. I highly recommend Chris and his team and would gladly have have come and do more work for us and I will happily recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for an easy, thoughtful and enjoyable experience
