Top Gun Drainage Experts

Quick response time and prompt communication from dispatcher Alex to let me know when they can send a technician. Woldu showed up on time and same day. Very personable, discussed what needed to be done to check ejector sump pump. Honest quote given up front. Woldu advised on each step what he viewed, rusty bolts that would need to be replaced, not up to code install (work was done 20 plus years ago) Woldu demonstrated what the issue was what needed to be replaced. Agreed that 20 year old pump needed to be replaced and provided quote. Work was booked for next morning which hard to beat for service Woldu showed up next day 8 am as promised. Installation was completed as per quote. Issue with blockage in line but was notified before continuing work to snake and view with camera. Overall great experience with the team from start to finish. Prompt, great communication and polite service. 5 stars for sure.

I had a drain issue with my shower drain and called top gun as I have used them before. The reception staff were lovely and very easy to deal with. Rafi arrived nice and early, and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Not only that, he was lovely to chat with, extremely knowledgeable about what he does, and was happy to take the time to educate me on basic plumbing care. Not only was the drain fixed quickly, I learned a lot in the process. The whole experience was totally stress free, and educational! 🙂 I will be calling top gun again (I won't go anywhere else!) when the need arises. Thank you top gun drainage and Rafi!

Woldu is amazing. He was very punctual, efficient and fixed my leaks in a timely manner. He is super friendly and takes great pride in his work, which is rare these days. He is knowledgeable, thorough, affordable, and provides quality workmanship. He also gave me advice and tips to maintain and prevent any further issues. I haven't had a trade this fabulous in a long time. He went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend woldu of Top Gun Drainage Experts

Huge shoutout to woldu at Leader Property Maintenance! He recently repaired our broken storm sump pump and was excellent to work with. Woldu made a stressful situation much easier by being communicative and understanding. I really appreciated that he walked me through different options rather than just pushing the most expensive fix. Super collaborative and professional from start to finish—I can't recommend them enough!
