HMB Plumbing and Mechanical Ltd.

I had a leaking faucet and they were able to come by and fix it the same day! The quote I received was thorough and clear, the technician was very friendly and got the job done quickly. Couldn’t appreciate it more.

I've had an ongoing problem for 15 years, with my ensuite laundry room drain occasionally backing up, WATER OR SUDS . Tuesday it was BLACK SLUDGE ! A WORK ORDER TO MY CONDO WAS USELESS. I FOUND YOUR GUYS ON THE 5TH FLOOR AND THEY SAID THEY'D COME DOWN AND HAVE A LOOK. THEY CAME AT ABOUT 3:30 , AND REALIZED MY UNIT WAS OKAY , and STARTED SNAKING. I hear they found a blockage in the basement in one of the storage rooms. THEY STAYED UNTIL 7:30 . THIS CREW WAS AWESOME . AND TODAY A YOUNG LAD CAME AND REPLACED THE HOT WATER HOSE TO MY WASHING MACHINE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PROMPT CONCERNED SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND , AND FOR STAYING LATE.

I had a very good experience with HMB Plumbing. Lucas came on time, was very professional and responsive. It was a very tight space and a difficult task but he completed it perfectly and cleaned up after he was done.

Very reliable. Had an emergency plumbing issue with my bathroom unit leaked thru downstairs. Howard redirected his call to the scheduling dept. on a Friday late afternoon. The administrator called first thing on Monday and scheduled same day. Lukas and Taylor are amazing. Fair and honest price and too the time to explain the plumbing issues at hand and dealt with the condo property manager. Thanks for the great help. Will definitely refer HMB Plumbing to others.

I could have given Zero star. Very poor service. They don’t understand the urgency. One toy got stuck in my bathroom commode due to which water was not flushing. They came afternoon 4pm, but could not clear the clog. They mentioned that pump tool kit required. I immediately went EMCO and bought it. Then he told it’s smaller size I have buy the bigger size. And as it was 5pm he will not work and will come on Monday. On Monday we keep on calling them and their reply was coming as soon as possible. Very unprofessional behaviour.and still we r waiting for the problem to be fixed…
