Flo Pros Drain Services Inc

I had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up after hours, and James came to the rescue. He was professional, prompt, and incredibly efficient. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it within just 5 minutes. I truly appreciate his expertise and excellent service, especially outside of regular business hours. I highly recommend James to anyone looking for reliable and fast plumbing assistance!

Had a really great experience with this plumbing team. I had an extremely blocked shower drain, I had tried a few at home things to fix it and nothing worked. They were super friendly, professional, & incredibly thorough with their work. Everything was handled quickly without feeling rushed, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was their attitude. They were joking with each other, laughing, & genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. It’s honestly refreshing to see tradespeople who take pride in their work while still keeping things light & positive. They even insisted to put the shower curtain back on when I told them to not worry about it :)! Would definitely recommend & won’t hesitate to call them again in the future!

We had a great experience with Flo Pros Plumbing. Matt came out at the end of a long weekend on a Monday and didn’t rush the job at all. He took his time to properly diagnose the issue with our clog and made sure the problem was actually solved rather than just applying a quick fix. What I really appreciated was how much he looked out for us. He even ran a camera through the pipes so we could see that everything was clear and have real peace of mind moving forward. Professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Flo Pros and especially Matt if you’re dealing with a plumbing issue.

Both Bryden and Matt were awesome to deal with. Offering advice and answering all questions that I had for them! I made a phone call with my concerns and they were able to help me out the same day and within an hour of my phone call, I appreciated the fast, professional service and I would 100 percent recommend them to family and friends. Fair pricing as well which we ALL can agree is worth that alone these days! Thank you guys!

We would like to recognize James Nicol from Flo Pros for his exceptional service. He was sent by our property management to fix a bathtub sewer and drainage issue and was incredibly patient throughout the process. James went the extra mile by coordinating with neighbors to access their units and even assisted another resident with their own backup problems. He handled everything with great care and professionalism. We highly recommend him and hope his hard work is recognized by the company.
