Gudz Electric Plumbing Heating Services

Ruslan did an outstanding job replacing my leaking John Wood 50-gallon water heater with a tankless Navien NPE-240A2, and I could not be happier with the result. From the first call to the final walkthrough, the whole experience felt professional, honest, and surprisingly stress-free. My old tank had started leaking and was clearly at the end of its life, so I needed someone who could respond quickly and do the job properly. Ruslan showed up prepared, explained my options clearly, and recommended the Navien tankless system as a more efficient long-term solution. The installation was clean, precise, and thoughtfully done. All the piping, venting, and connections looked neat and high quality, like the kind of work done by someone who actually takes pride in the craft. What impressed me most was the balance of quality and price. The work felt premium, but the cost was very reasonable compared with what I expected for a tankless upgrade. It is rare to find a plumber who delivers such high-quality workmanship while still keeping the price affordable. Now I have endless hot water, more space where the old tank used to sit, and real peace of mind knowing the installation was done right. Ruslan turned a stressful leaking-water-heater problem into a smooth upgrade. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and reasonably priced plumbing work.

I've been a happy customer of Ruslan since December 2024, when I wanted to install a dishwasher and it was the holiday season, but Ruslan came at quite a short notice and did a great job. Since then, I've always called him for plumbing and electrical related issues, with the latest being replacement of the water mains valve at hours notice. The biggest work he's done for me is replacing the furnace and installing a new AC (the photos show before and after the furnace replacement) at quite a reasonable price. He and his team did a wonderful job working for two whole days, and did a clean install. They cleaned up quite thoroughly after that as well! He's now become a family acquaintance and my kid calls him "Uncle Ruslaaan". I highly recommend him.

Russ was very prompt at answering my call. He came out the same day (on a Sunday) He tried to repair the furnace but told us it would need to be replaced. He had some extra work as our home is old and he had to drill holes in the wall for vents, and fixed our humidifier for no extra charge. He saved us a lot of money. We are very happy with his work and would recommend him for all plumbing/heating repairs etc.

Ruslan is such a nice and kind person. We recently contacted to replace the furnace, and even though there were so many questions, he kindly answered everything. And he arrived on time to replace the furnace, completed the replacement with responsibility, and left after checking that there was no problem. The price is also very reasonable. If we install AC, furnace and water tank, we will find Ruslan.

This my second review based on my experience with Ruslan and his team. This year we had air conditioning problems on the hottest day of the year. Ruslan quickly diagnosed the problem: both my furnace and air conditioning needed replacement. It was more cost-effective than fixing the numerous individual issues. Considering my situation with a newborn he immediately found time in his schedule and did an awesome job with his company replacing furnaces, air conditioning, humidifiers and simplifying a very complex HVAC electrical configuration from years of patch fixes by the earlier owner. I must mention that his prices are unbeatable. I have never found a sincere and dedicated person like him. A gem of a person, sensible, grounded and keeps your best interest in mind. His company's commitment didn't end with the installation. Recently, after a power outage, Ruslan immediately sent Mason, who promptly checked everything to ensure the HVAC was working perfectly, all at no extra cost. I can go on and on - but people like him make me believe in the power of supporting and promoting local businesses.
