Knight Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I had AC installed in our apartment today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the beginning, Dan was awesome. He explained the entire process, answered all of my questions, and even helped with getting condo board approval, which made everything so much easier. Aaron came out beforehand to go over the electrical plan and walk me through the options, then came back on install day with Bryan. They were both fantastic. They helped move heavy furniture, worked efficiently, cleaned everything up so well that you wouldn’t even know they had been there, and took the time to explain how everything works. It was also obvious they weren’t the type to cut corners, even when parts of the job were clearly a pain in the butt. The electrical work itself is hardly noticeable because they took the time to do such a clean, professional job. The HVAC crew was also amazing (I wish I’d caught their names!). Everyone showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and the installation was finished much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. The whole process, from the first appointment to the final walkthrough, was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. It’s rare to have this kind of experience with a home project, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Huge thanks to Dan, Aaron, Bryan, and the HVAC team for such an amazing job!

Jordan and Dylan were a great pleasure to deal with. Both very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did exactly what was expected and maintained communication all the way to the end of the installation. They left all areas clean and took the time for a full walk thru inspection. I would definitely have Jordan and Dylan for any future heating and cooling projects in the future. Excellent asset for knight and plumbing organization. Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Bingkun !Also thumb up for his coworker Ethan！ They replaced the Poly-B plumbing for our entire house, and the quality of their work was truly impressive. What amazed us most was that they only needed to make six holes in total throughout the whole house, which showed how skilled and experienced they are. Their work was extremely professional and detail-oriented. The pipe routing was done very neatly and carefully, and everything was organized perfectly. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and take pride in doing the job right. Bingkun especially was incredibly responsible, patient, and hardworking throughout the entire process. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly. He‘s knowledgable and he talk me through every process of their work professionally. After the work was completed, they cleaned everything thoroughly and left the house spotless. This is honestly one of the most professional plumbing teams I’ve ever worked with. Strongly recommend！

Bing and his partner (Paul?) helped us with a external tap hose bib replacement as well as rerouting the internal shutoff for easier access. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I was very happy to be able to get the quote and work done quickly on the same day. I would definitely recommend Knight Plumbing. Thanks again!

My wife & I got a new furnace installed yesterday by Knight Plumbing. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The initial sales rep (Josh) who came for the inspection of our old heater was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked to get us the best deal, and best style furnace for our town house. The installation team (Jeff & Cole) were professional, courteous and ensured that everything was installed properly. It only took three hours, and my wife and I are very happy and reassured to have had Knight help us get this new, much needed furnace installed. We both highly recommend the amazing team at Knight Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for their superb customer service and installation work. Bravo!
