ProStar Plumbing & Heating

Darcy and his team were great. We had a multitude of plumbing issues we needed addressed. Not only was Darcy able to pop out and assess everything on a Sunday, there was no pressure to use them for repairs, he offered different options for what worked for us time and cost wise, and came back with a team and did a great job. All of our water now flows where it’s supposed to and that’s about all you can ask for, even without how lovely they were while they were in our home, and didn’t even mind that my giant goober dog stared at them and barked at them for hours on end. Photos added of the new baskets they installed and the drain system, and goober dog for good measure. 10/10 recommend and will be using ProStar from now on.

I had a great experience with Shawn from ProStar. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. It’s not always easy to find someone you trust, but I’d absolutely call him again. Very happy with everything!

Excellent service from start to finish! Our sump pump alarm went off a few days ago due to heavy rains which quickly filled up our sump reservoir. ProStar sent a technician over promptly that evening to diagnose the issue which turned out to be a failed older pump. Darcy called the next morning to go over options and 24 hours later a new high quality pump and alarm were installed. Ryan was clean and efficient and did a great job on the install. Viviana and Darcy kept the communications lines open during the whole process and followed up after the job was completed. Fair pricing, professional and friendly service. Highly recommended!

After calling on a weekend, he arrived within 20 minutes, ready to work. He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions with straightforward, honest advice. Did a great job replacing my hot water tank in a tight space. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and responsive plumber.

Tyrone and Nahom were fantastic today. They arrived on time, got straight to work, tolerated my dog barking the whole time and were able to diagnose and fix my shower handle and cartridge problem all in the same day! Works good as new plus I got a bit of an education in plumbing!
