Water Heater Pro - Plumbing, Water Heating, HVAC

Excellent service! Our water heater quit and they were able to come the next day to replace it. Spoke with the owner Ben he was friendly and knowledgeable! Other employees were great! From Trish to the install staff. We were given an excellent quote $1000 less than another company. Highly recommend!!!

Cannot recommend this company enough. Liam was quick and efficient with getting us booked in and also took the time to explain our options. Our hot water tank quit and we got a booking for a replacement within 36 hours. Devin was our technician and he was friendly, and got the job completed so fast. Liam swung by to help with removing the old tank. And they were both great with my rambunctious dog so another plus.

I recently had a new hot water tank installed by Water Heater Pro and had an excellent experience from start to finish. After submitting an online quote request, Trish responded within minutes and quickly arranged an assessment. Kael and Devon arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and helped me understand my replacement options. They were also very patient with my protective 9-month-old puppy, who barked throughout the visit. Trish made the scheduling process easy and worked around my availability. On installation day, Shawn and Kael were professional, efficient, and even used the back entrance to help keep my puppy calm. They completed the installation smoothly, removed my old tank, and left everything clean when they were finished. I highly recommend Water Heater Pro for their excellent customer service, professionalism, and quality work.

Amazing service! My water heater failed late at night. They answered the call at 3am and arranged for service by 9am. They also offered the option to come sooner as an emergency service, but we were not in a big rush. Shawn and Joe came out, and were great. Very friendly people and helped us upgrade to a bigger size tank in a tight, difficult spot. From the receptionist to the owner and service techs, they went above and beyond. Great pricing as well. Highly recommended.

Our water heater was leaking from the inside so we called that evening. They came out the next day with a new water heater and handled the warranty. They were fast, professional, and transparent. Excellent work.
