Brandy G from Hammond/Enercare was absolutely fantastic. She came to investigate an issue with my water softener draining into the sump and truly went above and beyond. She not only relocated the softener to the drain in the mechanical area and connected it safely and properly, but also added a new filtered water line to my refrigerator, and took the time to explain my water softener settings in a way that actually made sense. What really stood out was how much time she spent educating me, along with providing honest, thoughtful guidance on the type of salt to use, clearly explaining the reasoning and sharing her own experience. Brandy’s work was very neat and skillfully done, and it was clear she takes pride in doing things the right way. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping. She even offered to assist over the phone if I had any questions later. If I ever need service in the future, I will definitely request Brandy if possible. Highly recommend!

I called Enercare as I was having issues with the hot water not getting hot enough throughout the house . I called Enercare and a technician was booked to come. I have a tankless water heater brought the Tech to the basement to have a look. She determined that the issue was the tankless system and needed to be replaced. The Tech was very thorough with her diagnosis and took me through each step of the issues at hand. She took the time to explain the causes and solutions to my problem. In the end,the unit was replaced free of charge. The Tech was very helpful as she went above and beyond in explaining things but also answered all of the questions I had posed to her. She was very knowledgeable and felt at ease that I was not being mislead. Best customer experience ive ever come across.
