Service Pro Plumbing & Heating

We had such great service from Steve that came into our home & fixed what we needed. It was such a relief that we got service to our home ASAP. I called Monday morning and we had Service Pro send Steve on Wednesday morning. Thank you for the fantastic work in our home. We will be loyal customers for a long time to come. Me & my husband went to pay our bill yesterday at the office, we were greeted by 2 really nice guys. It was great that the gentlemen helped us print our bill afterwards.

Being an emergency, after checking several places, Service Pro Plumbing came an hour after my call. The plumber was very efficient. He worked after the hours to accommodate me and my son, if not, we wouldn't have been able to use the sink in our kitchens. I am grateful.

I have been happy in the past for service but would not use them again. They installed a kitchen sink for me in March 2022. I woke to a leak across my kitchen floor a few weeks ago. service pro was busy so could not come. I hired someone else and it was a loose nut abot my hot water shut off.. too simple he said , he tightened it and left... i was then thinking how did this happen??? he said whoever installed it just used his fingers to tighten it ? So I investigated with Blanco who made my taps. I asked for a new cartridge to have on hand when i called service pro back.. They said it would be the cut off valve below the nut that would need to be replaced ( the cause of less hot water flow and longer time to get hot water from the on demand tank) The tightening of the nut fixed the leak but not this problem that had just began at the same time. Service Pro came and he said nothing to do, all good... I said really well then why do i have less flow to the hot, he saiid that is normal .. why do I have a longer wait to get hot water than before he said that's impossible without installing an expansive line for instant hot water... I said i don't need instant I just want what I had before... I insisted he check the shut off valve.. low and behold it had crumbled inside and he replaced it. He said this would not fix my issues... he said I needed to have my tank flushed every year by them for 500$ annually. Well i now have the same flow from hot to cold and I now have my hot water coming faster ! I mean is it not rocket science to know that a working open valve would bring more water , then more water equals faster time for the hot to arrive. . Really both these guys why didn't they think as to what would have caused a bolt to loosen. Im not a plumber but I knew it would have to be either above or below that would giggle it over time... He said someone must have loosened it... no one goes under my sink ever!!! It was the broken shut off... I fixed my own problem and paid them !!! it should not be like this.
