Townend Plumbing & Heating

"I had an excellent experience with Townsend Plumbing. Dave came out to unclog my bathtub and did a fantastic job. He was prompt, professional, and very friendly throughout the service. He not only cleared the blockage but also took the time to thoroughly test the drain and make sure the water was flowing properly before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right. The pricing was very reasonable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Townsend Plumbing to my friends and family. Thank you, Dave, and the entire team, for the excellent service and fair pricing!"

Just was not happy with this experience. Asked for a drop by assessment and quote. He was a no show, too busy, and had to reschedule. Finally came and said he'd take a look. He had a look and said he'd come back with a quote. Never heard from him again. Followed up with a call to inquire. Still no quote, and that was 6 months ago. Would never use this service.

The company was supposed to do a large job for me (approx $3000) back in September. The plumber came to my house to assess the situation and give me a quote. Didn't receive the quote until a couple weeks after his visit, however, I was satisfied with the price so we picked a week in September for the work to be done. The week the work was supposed to be done, I called him to confirm and he said he could not do it then as originally planned. He would not give me a new date the work would be completed or even which week. I was told he would come and do the work sometime in October for sure. It's now the end of November and I have not been contacted at all. A true waste of everyone's time. Very unprofessional and I would not use or recommend this company.

Bob and his wife were both excellent to deal with! Bob provided same day service and fixed the problem right away with no further issues. Highly knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with 🙂 Thank You!!!!

Our gas water heater was leaking and in need of replacement. Bob supplied two recommendations and we opted for a Navien condensing, tankless system. It was relocated to the outside wall, freeing up floor space and it is so quiet. His workmanship is professional, meticulous and he is local.
