Red Sands Plumbing

Incredibly responsive, with good communication from start to finish. We had a whole house water treatment system installed. The installation was arranged in short order, great work, reasonable rates, and we appreciated the time the guys took to walk us through everything. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Jack from Red Sands Electric. Incredibly helpful on the process of installing the NEMA 14-50 outlet for me to use EV Charger. They were very knowledgeable and skilled. They took initiative to understand the needs, the type of charger I am getting, making sure everything works perfectly fine. I definitely say that they go above and beyond on customer service. The build quality is also great. I have zero problems with them and have been constantly recommending them to other EV owners across the island. Jack was also very patient on explaining the materials they were using and how it is specialised for EV Chargers (which pulls at full loads continuously for hours). Shout out to them!

I had an urgent plumbing issue and called Red Sands Plumbing. They responded quickly, coming out to diagnose the problem. Their team identified and repaired my water system in a very efficient and timely manner. I must say that working with Red Sands was a highly professional experience and their team is clearly focused on customer satisfaction and getting the job done right. I strongly recommend this company for any repairs or new construction projects. Thank you, Red Sands, for your support in the community, keep up the excellent work.

I had Red Sands install heat tape to prevent some pipes from freezing, I was fairly happy with the job until I went under the house a month later to find the state that they had left it in. Before the install, the underbelly was sealed up tight. Afterwards, it was left with wide-open holes and the insulation hanging out, not to mention the garbage they left in the yard and under the house. Thankfully, I found and sealed it up before rodents decided to make a nest. I'm no plumber, so I'm just hoping their work isn't as sloppy as the state they left the property in.

We just moved to Summerside and needed some plumbing work done. Mark and his colleague showed up on time and was extremely professional, friendly and did outstanding work. His knowledge about solving issues was very helpful. We strongly recommend him and Red Sands Plumbing for any plumbing issues.
