Rolly's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

Can’t say enough about the great service and professionalism of the two young men from Rollys heating and air conditioning , Robin and Nathan that came to install a whole new system in our home. They started working the minute they showed up till the time they left and left nothing behind to the point you wouldn’t even know we had all that work done in the house. We were very impressed by the efficiency and their work ethic (propane furnace and heat pump installed in less than 1 day and a half). Very highly recommend! Carol, Steph and Kailey.

Our furnace broke and Richard came to look at it within a few hours. He was very transparent about the issues and talked through all of our possible options. We had a new furnace installed two days later. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, full transparency throughout the whole process, and excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with.

Called them up and advised them that everytime we turn AC or Heat on, the unit squeals. Also told them our unit was not cooling. They showed up and insisted that their was no noises (I was away, wife was at home). They said the unit was empty of freon and therefore added some. They insisted there was no leak and no issues. They eventually said i had a dead compressor and said i needed a new unit. They unplugged the unit and quoted me while advising to just use the fan. House was at 29C so for shits and giggles, i plugged it back in. Well guess what? NO ISSUES since....even during the heatwaves we had, it kept the house cool

We had a fantastic experience with Rolly's Plumbing and Heating for our new furnace and AC installation! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Rick, was professional, friendly, and took the time to walk us through our options without any pressure. His knowledge and honesty gave us complete confidence in our decision. Robin and the installation crew, were equally impressive. Punctual, respectful, and incredibly skilled. They worked efficiently and left the workspace spotless. He even took the time to show us how to use the new system and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Our home is now more comfortable than ever, and we’ve already noticed a big difference in both temperature control and energy efficiency. We highly recommend Rolly's to anyone looking for quality HVAC work backed by great people!
