Promec Plumbing & Heating

I was very impressed with Promec and will continue to use them in the future. My water tank needed to be replaced and due to the utility closet size, there were limited options for a replacement. I located an option at the hardware store and called a few other technicians, who quoted me a price much higher for a water tank with less warranty. When I called Nick, he was happy to install the one with longer warranty. He ensured the replacement was completed quickly and professionally. And didn't mark the job as complete until after it passed inspection. I am very happy with the service received.

Incredible service. We had our water heater break and Promec was able to come in on incredibly short notice and fully replace the tank within a few hours, even on a long weekend. Worked efficiently, great communication. The job was completed perfectly before Home Depot even responded just to say they couldn’t come in for another 2 days.

Great service. Showed up on time, explained everything he repaired. Had leak under kitchen sink. Just what I thought Poly-B pipe. Luckily Nick showed me markings on pipe and changed to Pex. He checked all other water lines and changed 2 pieces from hot water tank. Installed proper 1/4 turn shut off valves. I wouldn't know what had to be changed. Honest and fair price. Jim

I recently had a smart bidet toilet installed by Promec Plumbing & Heating, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The installation was completed professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly, the work area was left clean, and the toilet functions perfectly. It's refreshing to work with a company that is punctual, knowledgeable, and takes pride in their workmanship. I would highly recommend Promec Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services. Thank you for a job well done!
