Elite Mechanical Ltd

Elite Mechanical went above and beyond with our heat pump installation. They offered the best price we found in the region and backed it up with outstanding customer service. From the owner to every member of the team, everyone was honest, punctual, professional, and left the work area spotless. It's hard to find a company that combines fair pricing with this level of quality and integrity. Unlike some competitors who tried to upsell us on equipment we didn't need, CJ and his crew took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. We never felt pressured—just well looked after. If you're looking for a trustworthy HVAC company that delivers excellent workmanship at a fair price, I can't recommend Elite Mechanical highly enough. In my opinion, they're the best HVAC company in Cranbrook and the surrounding area!

CJ and his crew went out of their way to install a woodstove in our home. There were many unforeseen obstacles that popped up that required these guys to brainstorm. They gave us every option to consider and thoroughly explained each avenue. We are very happy with the outcome. They are all professional and very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend CJ and his team.

We recently had a central air unit installed into our client's home by Elite, and the process could not have been easier! From the first phone call to the finished job, I have zero complaints. Our questions were handled promptly, quote supplied swiftly, job scheduled at the first opening the homeowner had and with ease, and payment of the invoice was also super simple. I would recommend Elite Mechanical to any of my friends, family and colleagues. Thanks CJ & Team!

Very kind and professional people. Installed the new furnace and heat pump and were willing to work with us to meet our needs. They continued to follow up to make sure we were happy with everything and to ensure things were working the way they were supposed to.

Excellent job!! Polite, knowledgeable staff who showed up on time. Reasonable pricing and great communication from both CJ and Steve throughout the process. As a custom home builder from Calgary I can confidently say this is a company is worth hiring.
