Drain Surgeon The

Gave Harold a call and he took time out of his day multiple times to walk me through fixing my sink faucet over the phone. He wouldn’t have been able to see me for a couple of days but after multiple calls to him and him answering right away and talking me through everything I got it fixed. He even called me on his own accord at the end to see how I made out. Just a good all around dude and highly recommend the drain surgeon.

Came to Tumbler on pretty short notice and was successful on a very clogged kitchen sink that 2 local plumbers could not get. Has right tools for the job, reasonably priced, very experienced.

Came to look at a shower that was leaking. Diagnosed the leak as coming from the drain. Said "drain kits aren’t my specialty" and didn’t fix it. While he was there he was asked to install a prefab water supply box for the fridge. Said he didn’t like installing it in the wall behind the fridge despite that being what it was designed for. He decided to pass on installing it. At least he only charged me $84 dollars so I suppose it could have been a lot worse. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a plumber that doesn’t want to do any plumbing.

He was a GREAT guy he came out right away from ft st john and worked all day to rectify the plumbing issues that renters had caused. Great guy and a hard worker. I would call Darcy again . Thanks Darcy your the best ..

Shout out to Harold and his team!!!! On very short notice he came out and repaired what was needed that others could not do. We so appreciate you Harold!
