Nortec Plumbing and Heating

Nortec installed a backflow valve (that I will hopefully never use). Communication was great, work was great and the price was $6500 LESS than the estimate from Mr Rotorooterandgouger. Needless to say I am over the moon happy - Thanks!!

We appreciate the effort and professionalism of the team that attended, and the work itself was handled well. However, response times through customer service were slower than expected, the overall cost felt quite high, and unfortunately the original issue has still not been resolved.

I did not have a good experience at Nortec, l was minimum overcharged by $400 from Brian. My hot water tank quit and he charged me $1500+Tax for the install. Got another Plumber/Boiler to come by and they told me how much l would have normally paid. Nortec gave me an Invoice with no breakdown of time, cost of water tank, hourly rate, Nothing! Not even hot water tank serial or model number for warranty purposes!! Only total cost! Was a simple install. 2hrs of work!! As a female Consumer, they will take Advantage of You! Very very poor Customer Service! Avoid!!

The service is great and the team does a solid job, but the recent charges don’t seem fair. I feel like I’ve been overcharged, and there’s no clear explanation for it. I still value the service, but the billing needs to be more transparent and reasonable.

I have used Nortec for the past several years for various plumbing services in my small commercial building and found them to be simply outstanding each and every time. They are always on time, ensure that the area is well cleaned when they are done, and charge very reasonably. Unlike many firms that truly nickel and dime their customers with many interesting fees, Nortec charges very fairly and in my experience a lot less than others. I have no hesitation to recommend Nortec or any of their team, as they are simply the best around.
