Very knowledgeable and responsive! My dryer started acting up, sent him a text on the weekend and he came over to fix the dryer on the first weekday. Fixed in about half hour, now my dryer runs smooth as butter!
Excellence service, great price and was available right away. Very accommodating when I had to reschedule due to a health issue. Highly recommended!
Needed a inlet valve changed on our washing machine and contacted Shane at True Tech and arranged an appointment via messages. Provided machine info and he ordered part needed. Shane arrived verified problem and started to repair and not only resolved the issue but saw other things needing attention and corrected them. Found Shane has high due diligence and repairs to the utmost satisfaction. The quality of workmanship and dedication of services far outweighs the gratitude of having this special skill in Fort McMurray. Well done and thank you.
Highly recommend! Shane was super responsive and came out twice for an odd issue with our washer. He got the job done and explained everything going on with it. Very honest and professional. Will use him for any appliance repairs we need in the future.
Had issues with my washing machine. Responded quickly with very helpful advice and didn’t BS me by taking a look in person and charging me. Everything I needed to know was done quickly over text for free. Highly recommend
