Première Générale Gatineau

I am not someone who leaves reviews but really wanted to share how excellent our experience was with this company. From showing up in the middle of the night with a full crew, to assessing and controlling the damage, their help and expertise has been incredible. As a bonus they are quick and very polite! I’d like to address some comments made by the previous reviewer, I don’t know what their situation was but it is expected these guys wear their boots. It’s for their own protection. They put mats down and cover all furniture. If any damage is done during their work, they fix it. For example when taping up the plastic sheets and removing them, they damaged the paint on our wall. They are currently painting the wall and fixing it. And yes we waited maybe a month for the giant hole in our ceiling to be fixed but people need to understand emergency situations come first. When our roof was pouring water they were there and that needs to come before someone else whose wall needs to be patched. Anyways, hope this helps someone. Would definitely recommend and call again should anything else ever happen to us (knock on wood!!)

This company provides horrible service and I strongly do not recommend them. We had damages on our home July 1st, they were unable to do emergency roof repairs that day. Their workers caused additional damages to our home by not being careful with our floors with their boots and by taping pipes to the floor. Subsequently they did not follow up with the insurer on a scope of work to do the repairs on our home and over 3 months later, we still do not have a scope of work or a start date for the repairs to our home. If you can, get a proper general contractor to do repairs to your home, avoid this company as much as possible.

From start to finish, Premiere Generale was a pleasure to work with and demonstrated excellent customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, courteous, respectful and took pride in a job well done. We could not recommend Benoit and his team enough (Youness, Richard, Nick, Gabe, and many others). Highly recommend!

No need to drive like that, especially with a company car.
